Dr Kulari Lokuge brings extensive experience in teaching and learning innovation, educational transformation, learning pedagogy and design. Throughout her career she has displayed strong teaching, research and project management expertise with a proven track record of being collaborative, integrative and and ability to build consensus to work cooperatively with others towards achieving common goals.
Her role as the Director of KIOSC at Swinburne University of Technology, will ensure the effective and efficient operational leadership along with being responsible for KIOSC’s continuing strategic development into the future.
Kulari’s key achievements to date include recognition of a platinum at LearnX2019 Impact Awards for “Best Learning & Development Project and gold in the compliance category in these awards; a Finalist in 2018 AHRI awards in the innovation and creativity and an international award for Learning Technologies Team of the year as well as many other accolades.
Her qualifications for this role include a PhD of Information Technology, an MBA in Technology Management, B.Sc (Hons) Computer Special, Diploma in Vocational Education and Training and a range of other qualifications.
KIOSC and Swinburne welcome Kulari, and look forward to her commencing in this role on 30 September 2019.
