KIOSC OPENS ITS DOORS

KIOSC Opening - Official Party Wednesday 24 April 2013 Senator the Hon Jacinta Collins Parliamentary Secretary for School Education Senator Jacinta Collins today opened the new Knox Innovation, Opportunity and Sustainability Centre (KIOSC) at the Swinburne University of Technology–TAFE Wantirna Campus which has received more than $10.3 million from the Australian Government. “Rowville, Bayswater and Scoresby Secondary Colleges, Boronia K–12 Mount View Campus, Fairhills High School, Wantirna College and Waverley Christian College are already benefiting from this first-class training facility,” Senator Collins said. “It’s great to have Swinburne University of Technology so instrumental in this project."

An innovative learning centre that will give students the opportunity to develop the new "green" skills essential for success in the workplace of the future.
